THE ART OF LIMITLESS SCALE

The act of creating is one filled with magic. It can transcend beyond scales larger than its creator, the artist. The exhibition presents the creative minds behind the murals you see in your neighborhood and city. The murals become a part of the urban fabric and are embedded into the daily lives of their communities. It’s more than the physical essence of paint to surface. The work of art develops a deeper purpose by serving as a platform to deliver a message and an experience. It builds communities, tells a story, and invites people to connect. These moments allow people to share and find their own meaning to add on top of what the creator intended. This is the magic of murals, and the creators behind them. We hope to recognize some of our local muralists of Milwaukee by showcasing their artwork at MiSA as our first exhibition.
